Being a parent of a Gen Z and a Gen Aplha, I often worry about this new world of internet-savvy and technologically literate “screenagers”. As much as we try to avoid exposing them to gadgets and television, there are just some things we cannot control. Often I find myself giving in to my super kulit 6-year-old as she pleads for a short amount of screen time to watch her favorite shows. I set our rules and make sure I monitor the channels or movies that she chooses. I’ve always wished for a channel wherein I would feel safe to let my child enjoy watching without my prying eyes.

When I heard that JinJoo was opening a new branch in Glorietta, the KBBQ-lover in me rejoiced! The first and last time I was in their SM Aura branch was when I was 3 months preggy with Lauren and I hated the sight, smell and taste of meat.😅 So this time I was so excited that I could finally devour their meats!😁

Bench Cafe Now Open in Greenbelt 3

After the success of their first branch within the flagship store of Bench Retail in BGC, Bench Cafe recently opened their second branch at the 2nd floor of Greenbelt 3, Makati. 

I was one of the foodies invited to their exclusive media launch last December 15, 2018. We had the place all to ourselves, and I got to appreciate the ambience and beautiful interiors that gave a chill vibe. During that moment they were working on the finishing touches of the takeout/standout counter where the signature pinoy merienda snacks such as turon, banana-que, mais con yelo and halohalo will be served.
